The Knightsbridge SPKEVTW SpektroLED Evo is a versatile tilting LED downlight designed for installations requiring adjustable light direction. Its smooth 90° tilt allows the beam to be aimed towards specific areas, making it suitable for highlighting features, illuminating sloping ceilings or directing light onto work surfaces.

Each downlight offers a choice of 5W or 7W output and four selectable colour temperatures: 2700K, 3000K, 4000K or 6000K. These settings allow the brightness and appearance of the light to be configured to suit different rooms and applications.

The fitting produces up to 865 lumens and is dimmable when used with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. This model is supplied as a complete white fitting with an integral, non-interchangeable bezel.

Smooth 90° Tilting Adjustment

The adjustable head provides up to 90° of smooth tilt, enabling the light to be directed where it is needed. This makes the SPKEVTW particularly useful for:

Fire-Rated and Bathroom-Suitable

The SpektroLED Evo has been fire tested for 30, 60 and 90-minute solid timber joist ceilings. It is also rated for 30-minute web joist and 30-minute Staircraft I-joist ceiling constructions.

The visible face of the fitting is IP65 rated from below, providing protection against dust and water jets. This makes it suitable for bathrooms and other moisture-prone interiors when correctly positioned and installed in accordance with current wiring regulations. The fitting is IP20 from above.

It is also IC rated for insulation contact and acoustic rated to ISO 10140-2:2010 when installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

Efficient First and Second Fix Installation

Male and female loop-in, loop-out connectors allow the fixed wiring to be terminated and concealed during the first-fix stage. Once decorating is complete, the luminaire can be plugged into the prepared connection and installed.

The same connection system allows the downlight to be unplugged for maintenance without disturbing the fixed wiring. Its compact 56mm recessed depth also makes it suitable for ceilings with restricted space.
