Kosnic DD2 Wattage & CCT Selectable LED 2D Retrofit Lamp

Upgrade a compatible fluorescent 2D fitting while retaining the existing luminaire with the Kosnic DD2 DD218/2P-SCT. This GR8 2-pin LED lamp offers four selectable wattages and three white light settings, giving homeowners, installers and maintenance teams greater flexibility when choosing a replacement.

Choose the Wattage and Light Colour

Select 9W, 12W, 15W or 18W using the switch on the back of the lamp. A separate switch provides a choice of 2700K warm white, 4000K cool white or 6500K daylight. The factory setting is 18W at 4000K.

These options help match the lighting to the room and application. Warm white can suit welcoming residential and hospitality spaces, while cool white and daylight provide alternatives for utility areas and functional lighting. One adjustable product also gives contractors and maintenance teams more options when servicing several locations.

Retrofit Replacement for Compatible Fluorescent 2D Lamps

Kosnic specifies the DD2 as a replacement for 16W, 28W and 38W fluorescent DD lamps used with magnetic ballasts. It offers a practical upgrade route for suitable bulkheads and surface fittings in homes, communal areas, workplaces and hospitality premises.

Check the existing cap, control gear, internal clearance and installation requirements before purchase. The lamp measures 192 x 192 x 35mm, so physical fit must be checked as well as electrical compatibility.

Optional Sensor and Emergency Accessories

The DD2 supports an optional RMW-DC plug-in microwave motion and daylight sensor. Compatible emergency accessories include the EMDD02 standard module and EMDD02/ST self-test module. These accessories are sold separately, allowing an appropriately specified installation to incorporate additional functions without treating them as standard features of the lamp.
