Knightsbridge RenuLED 6W CCT Selectable Fire-Rated Downlight

The Knightsbridge RE6CTF RenuLED downlight is a compact, energy-efficient fitting designed for new lighting projects and replacement installations. Its adjustable 55–70mm ceiling cut-out makes it particularly useful when replacing older downlights with different aperture sizes.

A built-in colour temperature switch allows the light appearance to be changed between 3000K warm white, 4000K neutral white and 6500K daylight white. This flexibility helps the same downlight suit relaxing living spaces, practical kitchens and bathrooms, or brighter task-oriented areas.

The integrated 6W LED produces up to 635 lumens and can be dimmed using a compatible trailing-edge dimmer. A smooth white trim is supplied as standard, while interchangeable bezels in a selection of finishes are available separately.

Fire-Rated and Suitable for Bathrooms

The RenuLED downlight has been fire tested for 30, 60 and 90-minute solid timber joist ceilings. It is also rated for 30-minute web joist ceilings and 30 or 90-minute I-joist constructions.

Its visible face is IP65 rated from below, providing protection against dust and water jets. This makes the fitting suitable for bathrooms and other moisture-prone interiors when correctly positioned and installed in accordance with current wiring regulations. The rear of the fitting is rated IP20.

Flexible Replacement Downlight

The adjustable 55–70mm cut-out range can accommodate a variety of existing ceiling apertures, reducing the need to repair or enlarge the ceiling when replacing older fittings. Push-fit terminals with loop-in, loop-out capability also help make wiring multiple downlights quicker and more convenient.
