The Kidde Firex smoke and heat alarms are mains powered with a back-up battery. If the ceiling is concrete or there is insufficient room for cable, the SMK4896 surface mounting pattress may be required for the installation.
- Used for installations with surface cabling
- Entry holes and trunking entry ports designed for the Firex alarms only
- Suitable for use with the following smoke and heat alarms:
- Firex KF10 Ionisation Smoke Alarm with Alkaline Back Up Battery
